Set in the world of activist Rudolf Rocker and the East End’s irreverent Yom Kippur Balls, Sue Stern’s The Girl from Kyiv is a fictionalised account of her grandmother’s real-life anarchist past. Join Stern alongside David Rosenberg, writer and London tour guide, and Tamara Micner, a performer, Yiddish teacher and Hackney Greens council candidate, for an insight into Jewish radicals – past, present and fictional.
