Masters of the Air: The Americans at Duxford
The historic airfield at the Imperial War Museum Duxford was home to the US Army Air Force’s 78th Fighter Group during World War II. The team escorted heavy bombers on their missions into Nazi Germany. Look at the B-17, an iconic plane seen in the hit Apple TV+ series Masters of the Air, and find out what life was like for those who flew them as well as for their loved ones on the ground.

Cambridge Film Festival
Returning for its 43rd year, the Cambridge Film Festival (CFF) is the third longest-running in the UK. This year, the line-up includes groundbreaking debuts and new productions by renowned filmmakers, including closing film A Real Pain by Jesse Eisenberg. The dramedy follows mismatched cousins David (Eisenberg) and Benji (Kieran Culkin), who journey through Poland to honour their beloved grandmother and explore their Jewish heritage, but the adventure takes a turn as tensions arise.

The Inside View: Avro Evolution
Two iconic aircrafts, the Avro Lancaster and Avro Vulcan represent two prominent eras in aircraft evolution. Climb aboard the vehicles and see how bombers developed between World War II and the Cold War on a 90-minute tour and learn about the huge strides made in aircraft engineering from the 1940s to the 1960s.
