BRIGHTON: 250 YEARS OF JEWISH LIFE
To coincide with our partnership with the Board of Deputies of British Jews one of their members, Gabriel Webber contributed to our April issue on the EEC referendum and what it might mean for British Jews. But the big theme of the issue was Brighton, which celebrated 250 years since the first Jewish resident set up home there. We uncovered the rich history and culture of the town, as well as speaking to the lively current community as they prepared to celebrate the anniversary. This issue also includes a special walking map of Jewish Brighton, so get those buckets and spades ready!
